New Year’s Resolutions I find generally start disappearing around January 8th. Faithfully though, I make them every year. Perhaps this will be the year they succeed. 

1. Complete a triathlon. Day 1 of running didn’t go too well; my lungs started to hurt. Whether this was from A) cold air or B) smoke is undecided. 

2. Keep in better touch with the people I push away. I don’t mean too, after all.
